Watch and read

The recording
2 h 52 min, mostly in Bangla. The screen share stops at 39:48; the slides and notes show what was on screen after that.
Notes and links
The key points, the full notes, and a table of where everything is in the recording. A Google Doc.
The slides
The Session as it ran, then the Demos we planned but didn't get to. Use the arrow keys or the ‹ › buttons, or swipe on a phone.
The slides as a PDF
About 13 MB.

Skills and Gems

cv-ats-checker.zip
A CV-checking skill. Upload it to Claude, or put it in your coding agent's skills folder. Read the SKILL.md first.
CV checker Gem
The same check as a Gemini Gem: paste it into Instructions.
Proposal Gem
A technical proposal that follows the RFQ clause by clause.
Weekly report writer Gem
Paste rough notes, a diary photo or voice-typed text, in Bangla or English, and get your weekly report.

Practise

Sample files

All the companies and people in these files are made up.

A sample CV
Rafid is made up for the Session. Not a real person, not a real CV.
A job posting
Check the sample CV against it, then try your own.
An RFQ for a 500 kVA substation
Use it with the Proposal Gem.
A messy purchase-request tracker
Ask AI to pick out what needs action, then check its numbers against the sheet.
An RFQ and three offers
Make a comparative statement from: Rupsha Power (PDF), Dhaleshwari Switchgear (Excel) and Teesta Electro (Word).

Second half of the Session

Set up a coding agent

  1. Install one coding agent: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Antigravity or OpenCode.

  2. In a terminal, install Matt Pocock's skills: npx skills@latest add mattpocock/skills

  3. Make a folder, open it in your agent, run /setup-matt-pocock-skills, then /ask-matt.
